At the July (21 July 2022) meeting of the Republican Executive Committee (REC) the members voted to endorse three candidates in the upcoming primary election. CLICK HERE to view the REC endorsement list.
As REC State Committeeman and D5 County Commissioner Paul Adamczyk put it, “It is very common for leadership in RECs to be elected officials, candidates, etc. It is not a new phenomenon, we [the REC] are tasked with developing the bench of candidates, vetting candidates, and helping them develop through leadership roles in REC, training and other means available to us by RPOF, and or RNC at times, depending on cycle”.
The REC Media Committee held a virtual meeting July 29. There is still confusion concerning overall Party organization and what should be posted on the website. We are working on finding out whether RNC, RPOF, and REC constitutions and rules should be posted. Currently they are found on our website HERE as they are posted on other Florida REC websites. We have also added endorsement information from other conservative organizations HERE. If you know of other organizations that have vetted candidates please let us know.
