REPUBLICANS

Resources to Help You Decide Who Gets Your Vote.

This website provides information about each Republican candidate and elected office holder and lets you decide from that information whether the candidate/office holder is the right choice to represent you.

It is not the only website designed to provide you with neutral information about those on the ballot.  We’ve described others below.

However, there are many organizations trying to hold candidates and incumbents accountable for their actions and compare them to their campaign promises and/or the Republican Party Platform.  Each of these organizations have their own position statements they use to “grade” the political actions of those running for or in office.  We have described some of these organizations below.

This is not an exhaustive list, and we’d be happy to add to it–just send the Web Administrator a link to your favorite organization with a brief description.

  • National Federation of Republican Women  Founded in 1938, the National Federation of Republican Women is the largest grassroots Republican women’s organization in the country with tens of thousands of active members in local clubs across the nation.  Building leaders, energizing communities and keeping America strong, NFRW empowers women from all backgrounds in the political process and provides a forum for women to serve as leaders in the political, government, and civic arenas.
  • National Teen Age Republicans  Teen Age Republicans have a great opportunity to serve their community and country while learning about the political process.  As a TAR, you become aware of national and international issues and how current events impact your life.  With effective club programming, TARS grow into leaders and sway elections.  This can make a huge difference in how elected candidates enact laws that affect you!
  • College Republican National Committee  Founded in 1892, the College Republican National Committee (CRNC) is one of the nation’s largest, longest-running, and most active youth political organizations. The CRNC is comprised of 52 Federations, including one in each state in addition to the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico, with a presence on nearly 2,000 college campuses and over 250,000 members nationwide
  • Young Republican National Federation  We are young leaders across America putting conservative principles into action. • National Federation of Republican Assemblies The NFRA is a grassroots organization committed to helping our state Republican Assemblies reform the Republican Party to achieve their goal of a constitutional government. If you believe in small government, lower taxes, free market capitalism, a strong defense, the right to life, and Constitutional values, then the NFRA is for you.  Our aim is to Reclaim the Republican Party for Conservatives, Reform the Party back to its Conservative Values, and Restore Republicans faith in the GOP. We don’t need a third party. We need to return the Republican Party to its pro-Constitution roots.
  • National Republican Congressional Committee   The National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC) is a political committee devoted to increasing the number of Republicans in the U.S. House of Representatives.
  • Republican Liberty Caucus  We believe every human being is endowed by nature with inherent rights to life, liberty and property that are properly secured by law. We support a strict construction of the Bill of Rights as a defense against tyranny; the expansion of those rights to all voluntary consensual conduct under the Ninth and Tenth Amendments; and the requirements of equal protection and due process under the Fourteenth Amendment.  We support the Constitutional restrictions on federal government powers enumerated in Article I, Section 8 as an absolute limit on all government functions and programs. We oppose the adoption of broad and vague powers under the guise of general welfare or interstate commerce.
